REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for purchasing lamps in our store! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, here is our refund and return policy:

1、Return Period
If you wish to return a product, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2、Return Conditions
The product must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags and all accessories.
The cables and accessories of the lighting product have not been altered or damaged, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
Certain customized products and personalized items are not subject to the return policy (if any).

3、Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, please send the product back to our designated return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality problem with the product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.

4、Damaged Items
If the item you received was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. You need to make a claim request within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require you to provide photos of the damaged item so that we can process it.

5、Cancellation of Order
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request to cancel the order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
